HAOMEI Aluminum has more than 20 years of experience in aluminum disc production and is one of the leading aluminum disc manufacturers in China. Our main products include the 1100, 1060, 3003, 5052, and 8011 series, with an annual production capacity of over 200 tons. Our products are exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and other regions, and are well received by customers worldwide.
We use German SMS hot rolling mills and Kampf slitting machines to process aluminum ingots into high-quality aluminum coils. This enables us to control product quality from the source. For aluminum discs, we have exclusive production technology that ensures they do not crack and are perfectly suited for deep drawing and spinning processes.
1060 aluminum alloy belongs to the 1000 series of pure aluminum, with an aluminum content of over 99.6%, offering excellent ductility and thermal conductivity.
HO (O temper) refers to the fully annealed state. In this state, the internal structure of the aluminum is uniform, and its plasticity is excellent, making it ideal for multi-stage stamping and deep drawing applications.
1060 HO deep drawing aluminum circles are produced by cutting, stamping, and annealing 1060 aluminum plates into standard or custom-sized discs. They are widely used for deep drawing, spinning, and stamping applications.
Outstanding Plasticity and Ductility:
High purity ensures excellent formability, making the discs resistant to cracking or wrinkling during deep drawing, suitable for complex deep-drawn structures.
Excellent Electrical and Thermal Conductivity:
The inherent properties of pure aluminum make it ideal for use in heat dissipation and electrical applications such as radiators and capacitor housings.
Good Corrosion Resistance:
In normal environments, 1060 aluminum forms a dense oxide film, providing good corrosion protection.
Excellent Surface Quality:
Smooth, clean surface without scratches or defects, suitable for polishing, painting, anodizing, and other finishing processes to achieve a high-quality appearance.
Superior Workability:
Easy to process through stretching, bending, welding, and other machining methods.
Lightweight:
Aluminum's low density-about one-third that of steel-makes handling, transportation, and installation easier.
Non-toxic and Recyclable:
1060 aluminum complies with food contact safety standards, is 100% recyclable, and is considered an environmentally friendly green material.

Surface Quality: Smooth, clean surface without scratches, oil, oxide scale, or bubbles, ensuring excellent appearance after deep drawing.
Thickness Tolerance and Uniformity: Strict control guarantees dimensional accuracy and prevents rupture during forming.
Annealing Process: Ensures true HO soft temper, which is essential for achieving superior deep drawing performance.
Compared with 1050 HO aluminum circles, 1060 HO discs have a slightly higher aluminum content (99.6% vs 99.5%), better ductility and deep drawing performance, making them more suitable for demanding forming processes such as spinning and drawing. 1060 also offers slightly superior electrical and thermal conductivity and better surface treatment adaptability. 1050, however, is more cost-effective, suitable for less demanding applications.
The price depends on the daily aluminum ingot price, shipping cost, and processing fees. Different thicknesses and alloy grades also affect the price.
