HAOMEI Aluminum, with years of manufacturing expertise, supplies high-quality aluminum discs with a thickness range of 0.5-6.0mm and diameter range of 100-1200mm, available in H0 (super soft) tempers. Based on the production method, we offer both cold rolled aluminum circles and hot rolled aluminum circles. Hot rolled aluminum circles provide better stretch properties, no orange peel surface, no wrinkles, and are especially suitable for anodizing. Naturally, the price of hot rolled circles is higher than cold rolled ones.
Our aluminum circles are designed for customers in deep drawing, spinning, and stamping processes, widely used in cookware, lighting, and can body manufacturing.
The 1050 mirror aluminum circle is a high-performance reflective and decorative material with a reflectivity of 85%-95%. Using high-purity 1050 aluminum alloy as the base, it is produced by the advanced DC (direct chill casting & rolling) process and undergoes precision mirror polishing, then cut into accurately sized circular blanks.
At HAOMEI Aluminum, we use continuous punching and automatic feeding equipment to ensure a clean surface-free from scratches and oil stains-making our circles ideal for lighting and cookware production.
High Surface Gloss
Mirror reflectivity of 85%-95%, ideal for lighting reflectors, reflective panels, and other optical applications.
Excellent Workability
Outstanding ductility with superior deep drawing and spinning performance, suitable for complex shapes.
Lightweight Advantage
Only one-third the density of steel, offering reduced weight while maintaining sufficient strength.
Strong Corrosion Resistance
Natural oxide film on pure aluminum ensures excellent resistance to air and water corrosion.
Eco-Friendly
100% recyclable, supporting sustainable manufacturing practices.

The mirror finish distinguishes 1050 aluminum circles from standard aluminum discs. Common methods include:
Mechanical Polishing
Achieved by high-speed rotating buffing wheels and polishing compounds for flatness and gloss, suitable for mass production.
Chemical Polishing
Acid or alkaline solutions dissolve micro-protrusions, leveling the surface for brightness.
Electrochemical Polishing (Electropolishing)
Produces the best mirror gloss and improved corrosion resistance by anodic dissolution in electrolytes.
Anodizing + Mirror Polishing
Adds a dense oxide layer on top of the mirror finish, further improving reflectivity, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.
Interleaved with moisture-proof paper, PVC film, or kraft paper for surface protection
Secured on strong wooden pallets or crates for safe transport
Ensures no damage or surface defects during shipping
