Using high-purity 1050 aluminum alloy as the base, it is produced by the advanced DC (direct chill casting & rolling) process and undergoes precision mirror polishing, then cut into accurately sized circular blanks.

Mirror Polishing Techniques

  Achieved by high-speed rotating buffing wheels and polishing compounds for flatness and gloss, suitable for mass production.

• Chemical Polishing
  Acid or alkaline solutions dissolve micro-protrusions, leveling the surface for brightness.

• Electrochemical Polishing (Electropolishing)
